  • What if I have specific dietary restrictions?
    In the inquiry form, you may list any dietary restrictions the restaurant should be aware of.
  • What packages does INI Ristorante offer for Group Dining?

  • What is Group Dining?
    Group Dining refers to accommodations and services for larger parties who wish to dine at the restaurant. This could include arrangements for special occasions such as birthdays, corporate events, and simple gatherings of friends and family.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If the client cancels their event more than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event date, they will receive their full 50% deposit back. If the client cancels their event within 2 weeks of the scheduled event date, the full 50% deposit is non-refundable.
  • What’s your corkage fee?
    A corkage fee of $25 per 750mL wine bottle will be applied. Please note that no liquor is allowed.
  • Can I have a private dining area?
    Yes. We offer a Private Dining Room (PDR) with a room fee of $850/hour. Our PDR max capacity is 40 people. To waive the room fee, a minimum booking of 35 guests is required. We advise guests to make reservations for our PDR 2-3 weeks in advance to secure availability.
  • How can I book Group Dining at the INI Ristorante?
    You can book your Group Dining through our Group Dining Inquiry Form [here]. Once you submit your inquiry form, our store manager will be in contact with you within the next 48-72 hours.
  • Can I change my order on the day of the event?
    Clients can make menu adjustments up to 7 days prior to the event date.
  • Am I able to get my Party Trays delivered to my home?
    Ini Ristorante offers delivery through our third-party platforms. We are available on Doordash, Grubhub, UberEat.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    Cancellation fees vary based on the policies of the chosen delivery app.
  • Where do you deliver?
    Initiate your online order to verify whether our delivery service covers your event address. Our priority is delivering food of the highest quality, and maintaining optimal freshness. By minimizing transit time, we ensure your food is enjoyed promptly and at the ideal temperature.
  • What is the Party Tray serving size?
    Each party tray typically serves 10-12 people. Each pizza typically serves 3-4 people.
  • Can I pick up my Party Tray at the store?
    Yes, you can choose to pick up your party tray order at our location through our online ordering [here].
  • What is the minimum order for delivery of Party Trays?
    Currently, there is no minimum order for delivery.
  • Can I change my order after placing it?
    The ability to make changes to your order after placing it is dependent on the policies of the delivery app you've chosen.
  • What is included in my Party Tray delivery order?
    Party Trays include condiments and utensils depending on the menu item.
